EXTENDED DATA PROTECTION REGULATIONS FOR CUSTOMERS / ONLINE TICKET SALE

Please note that for the purposes of a properly functioning purchasing process and later contract processing we as online shop operator store certain data of the buyer through cookies.

As customer you consent that personal data will be collected, stored and processed through automated means for the purposes of contract fulfilment and support. Said data are divided into the following categories:

  • first & last name
  • email address
  • Address (street, door number, postal code, city, country)

 

You have voluntarily made data of yourself available to us, and we are processing said data on the basis of your consent for the following purposes: representation of all functionalities on this website and ticket sale.

This data will be stored for the duration of the contractual relationship or the legally stipulated periods (retention obligation) and then deleted.

The data provided by you is necessary for contract fulfilment (ticket purchase) or the performance of precontractual measures. Without this data we cannot den fulfil the contract with you.

Data is not transmitted to third parties, with the exception of credit card data transfer to the transacting banking institution/payment services provider for the purpose of debiting the purchasing price, to our accounting, tax consultant and auditors to fulfil our tax obligations, and in case of an external audit to the finance authorities or banking institutions, if necessary. We use the service provider Stripe to process online payments (Stripe Payments Europe Limited, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland). If you abort the purchasing process, all data stored with us will be deleted. Data on failed orders will be deleted after 7 days. If the contract is concluded, all data resulting from the contractual relationship will be stored until expiry of the retention period as per tax law (7 years). Data processing is performed on the basis of the legal provisions of Art. 165 (3) TKG 2021 as well as Art. 6 (1) lit b of the GDPR (necessary for performance of the contract).

Further, you as customer consent that your personal data (cf. above) will be collected, stored and processed through automated means for advertising purposes (legitimate interest), for instance to send you offers or electronic newsletters. This consent may be revoked in writing (email or letter) at any time.
